Experience with Chronic Health Conditions

Penny Mackay is a Clinical Psychologist who specialises in the assessment and treatment of adults and adolescents experiencing mental health conditions.

Penny practices using cognitive behavioural therapy and has extensive experience treating depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, substance abuse and eating disorders.

Penny has a particular interest in working with individuals with chronic health conditions such as persistent pain, chronic fatigue syndrome, cardiac disease, diabetes and irritable bowel syndrome. Penny holds general registration with the Psychology Board of Australia and is a Member of the Australian Psychological Society.

Penny recently moved to North Queensland with her family however still offers telehealth services to existing and new patients.
